Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect electronic mails from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email box you want to redirect mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
